Kia india - Car Not Delivered as per promise or assurance

I had booked for KIA centos HTK+ on May first week and assured delivery in ** weeks.. However I am yet to receive my Choice color Car till date. * complains have been made to company call centre and a number of chase up with Local Dealer. But nothing has been done except assurance . I have complain id and Booking Id.
