I booked Kia Sonnet HTK+Petrol (SILVER COLOR) on **/**/**** from GALAXY AUTO WHEELS PVT LTD. KOTA( RAJASTHAN) and payed *****/- booking amount. Booked through KEC- Deepesh on a promise to get delivered exactly after * months. So i waited for two months as they promised to deliver me the car.
Then i called Kia motors Kota to know the status of my booked car, they told me Sir,it will be available by the end of August month.. That was okay i said fine ..For the surety i visited the Showroom on the same day where i met KEC- Deepika , She treated me very well but she went to ask General Manager -Manoj Sharma about the status of the booking. And then she said sir plz try to choose some other color other then silver. I said ma'am i payed you the Booking about Just for the color which i like how can u change my preference its my choice i want that only. She said okay let me talk to sir again . She again went and came ..then told me sir by the end of August we will surely provide you the car. I said okay.
Then i got a call from KEC-Amit ,where he told 'Sir your Kia Sonnet htk+ silver model is available, we have arranged your slot from somewhere else.. Kindly do the required formalities like cash payment or finance..
So i did everything payed them the amount of **k ..
I visited the Showroom with a happy mood that i'll get the car now..but when went to the showroom... I payed down payment of *L more as told by them.... Than the person named Amit said sir please choose some other color other than silver. I got angry and said i want silver only thats why i payed you the amount..
But the manager manoj Sharma lied again sir try to choose white black or grey color..
Till now i am very upset & disheartened by Kia motors.. this will be my family's first KiA car and my experience is unpleasant.
After loosing all the hopes i mailed you this .. hoping to resolve this asap.
I'have attached all the proofs and docs with this mail.
