I Booked Auto for my relatives. I paid using simpl pay while booking. Payment was paid by me, even though captain have charged them additional and when he was asked to wait so they can confirm with me.
He left and run away. Tried to reach Rapido support, there is no number to call captian and no support from Rapido customer care as well.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
