Jio mart - Cancelling the orders and cheating customers in the name of offers

Jio mart is cheating customers in the name of offers. I have placed an order of crocs sandals which has **% discount. They cancelled the order after postponing the delivery ** times and when contacted customer support, they told it happened due to some technical issue. I placed an order later and it got cancelled with the same reason. Customer support assured and promised that it wont happen with me again. Yesterday I placed an order and they cancelled it today saying that due to high demand, they are cancelling the order. When contacted customer support, they said that they will take my concern as feedback and wont let that happen. The total time I have invested in it got wasted and I didnt get any solution from the.
