I have booked ticket through MakeMyTrip portal after that I had come to some situation and cancel ticket through MakeMyTrip portal and that time I cancel portal showing you will get refund amount **** but after * month he didn't refund amount then I connected to customer care according to them I didn't cancel flight I missed flight.
On their portal its showing cancel...
If third party (MakeMyTrip) didn't cancel flight it's not my fault I have connected to third party and it's his responsibility to cancel or not cancel.
I want my money back that's it.
