Hathaway Broad band - Cancelled the subscription No refund 34 Unwanted Calls SMS Emails everyday

I did not recharge my hathaway broadband because I was not using it. I got *-* calls from hathaway, emails and sms asking me to recharge or give back the router. I asked them to cut my connection, take the router and give me the router deposit of Rs ***. But I did not get the refund, but I still get calls, sms and emails from Hathaway. i just want to be done away with this. I do not want any communication from Hathaway
