On **th April ****, I ordered a smartphone worth ***** and then it said the product will fet delivered to you on **th. Thhe product didnt got delivered. On **th it sad that the product will get delivered by **th due to some issues. I waited till **th nothing happened. On **th when it was nearly * pm I called them and they left me with only one option to wait till * pm. I waited... nothing happened. Then it said product will get delivered by **st April. Nothing happened on **st. I talked to three of the members they put me on hold for ** mins and then cut the call. Then a message came that within **th Your issue will be resolved. On morning of **th I got a message that you ordere is cancelled and money has been Refunded. The Product I ordered at ***** is now available at ***** which is really a loss of **** rupees for me.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
