My elderly mom had placed an order for stone studded bangle - set ( * no.s) on Myntra app without knowing about size for Rs. *** COD. immediately the order was cancelled and same reflected on the Mynta app. however within few days the bangle was delivered to my place and maid accepted it by paying Rs. *** cash on **.**.****. this was immediately brought to notice of Myntra Customer care and they had promised to resolve the issue and refund the amount. Even Ticket No. was given. Ref Ticket no. IN********************. But till today nothing has happened and everytime we call Myntra customer care support they say matter resolved or is escalated and to wait. can i get justice?
