I had made total payment of Rs. **, *** to Yatra for Flight booking, below is the breakup:
**,***.** - **nd Feb (Ref: ************* )
**,***.** - *rd March (Ref: ************)
PNR Assigned: PNR- HIMQNZ, NWDBFX and GQJKMB
They did one part Refund, Booking Reference number *************. Out of ***** they refunded *****. But my amount of Rs. **,***.** (Booking Ref No.: ************ ) is still NOT Refunded.
I have been following up with them since April and I got so fed up, I went ahead and did chargeback on my credit card and my ICICI Bank attempted twice with chargeback procedure and they (Yatra) declined. They cleverly copy/paste the same thing sometimes and they bring the other booking reference sometimes and confuse us, but it is very clear they have no intention to return my money, please help.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
