Rishi Chand filed complaint against Amazon on May 13, 2021
Order an item from Amazon which has never left Surat which is the originating location and it was retuned to seller on May *th. I have tried calling and chat options with the customer service team and even though the item was returned on *th of May, refund process did not trigger. The package has to be delivered to Sangareddy in Telangana.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
