PayTM - Cancelled bus ticket money not refunded

Booked a bus on PayTM service - Luxury Volvo Ride, on **th March. Bus number wasn't provided in the ticket. On the call, the bus operator says the bus has been cancelled and that money will be refunded.
Booked another by Hum Safar Bus Services.
Again, the bus number wasn't provided, on call, the bus operator says the bus has been cancelled and says ticket money will be refunded. Not getting a refund till **th March, raises the issue. Luxury Volvo says it's under process, Hum Safar Bus Service outrightly (and rudely) denies the refund.
Now PayTM can’t do a thing. Customer care has been dragging the issue for more than a month now. Total ticket amount: *****/-
PayTM says that both the bus operators claim I have availed the journey, although both the buses were of the same time.
