Ragavendra filed complaint against Swiggy on Sep 9, 2018
I ordered food on *th September evening @ *.**pm. I had only *** rupees left in my account and thought of eating pizza for dinner. Once after i placed the order i got confirmation that amount was deducted from account successfully and Order is also placed successfully. After few minutes i get a call from Swiggy that due to technical issue order was not processed successfully and asked me to reorder again and make the payment. What ever payment i already did will be refunded back to the account within * to * working days.
This is the worst experience no one would ever want to experience it, can someone tell me how will i reorder and make the payment with out money, because i had *** rupees only in account when i spent placing the initial order and Swiggy team has initiated the refund in * to * working days. I had to sleep with out dinner as I'm new to this city and don't have any relatives and friends.
