This is infrom to you that i was take subcreptionsubscription from byjus on **st Aug ****. i was submited *k rupess as a dopit ammout. tota ** k curriculum. **k i was go with loan. the product was dleverd very late aproox ** day after many call or massage with counselor Mr Vishal chaudhary Cell Number ********** . when was i received the tablet faulty i was retrun tgru arrange by byjus .then after * day i was received the product and i was call to maintore regarding class or offer she was dinned to offer and said me we can't provided live classic sales person give you wrong infromation. note **day's cancillcation policy active. i was told to maintor i want to cancel my subcreption right now she tolad me i will do. after tjat many call and massage to vishal he was not pick up call not reply my massages some comverstion i will attached for refrance. after some day Mr Vishal told me you plan cancelled i awas asked when will my refund ammount he told me you will received your refund with **day's. Till now can't received my refund. Note Byjus account team countiousaly call me regarding payment. Sir i told you ho can we payment him.
