We have booked a ticket vide ref: no.EMT******** to Chennai-Port Blair-Chennai for * passengers for site seeing through EaseMyTrip at Indigo and Spicejet. But as per Government notification issued by Health Secretary, in order to prevent the outbreak of COVID-** in Andaman & Nicobar Island, all tourists are advised to refrain from travelling to the Islands from the midnight of **th Mar'**. Copy of the notification attached for ready reference.
In this regard, we cancel the ticket booked through Easemytrip on **th Mar'**. As we don't have the option to select the reason for cancellation, we opted for cancellation by the airline, but your team amended the cancellation and made the booking alive and we got a message stating this is NO show.
We are not travelling because of government order, so we request you to process the full refund of the ticket and do the needful.
I strongly believe this will be taken care of.
