Makemytrip.com - Cancellation of international flight ticket

My PNR is UHWHSW.
​Yesterday (Feb **th) I read the information below in Singapore airlines homepage.

From ** February ****, **** hours, all new visitors with recent travel history to Daegu and Cheongdo in South Korea within the last ** days will not be allowed to enter Singapore, or transit through Singapore.

Based on the information posted on Singapore website, I can be detained at the Bangaluru airport on my return trip so I just checked cancellation options through the travel agency booking application. After I checked cancellation options I received one email from the travel agency that indicate cancellation of my booking. Immediately I contacted the travel agency and requested removal of the cancellation. The travel agency accepted my concern and they said they will recover my booking within ** hours.

Yesterday when I raised concern on my cancelled PNR the travel agency (makemytrip) advisor clearly said that they can remove the cancellation and recover the PNR status as conformed.

Also I contacted Singapore airlines and advisor confirmed that my PNR is not cancelled.
​
Because I haven't got any resolution till this morning today I contacted the travel agency again but they just said that I have to wait for another ** hours for resolution.
​
now my PNR was cancelled the makemytrip and Singapore airline at all of two office.
​
I Did not have received any message.
​
Makemytrip just blindly processed my PNR to cancellation.
​
I Strongly protested. This case is too unfair.


So could you help this case?
