I booked my stay from Agoda but when I reached the place my booking was cancelled by the hotel but Agoda send me a confirmation of my booking now it's been a week and I'm trying to reach out Agoda for my refund but there is zero sources to get in touch with customer support. My Booking was confirmed but hotel staff did not allow me inside the room. I showed the invoice than to I was not allowed. And they did not confirm my booking saying email was not received from Agoda.
