We have booked an apartment in colive Signature Towers, Bangalore which we planned to move in by April *nd,****. Due to lockdown we were unable to check in and we have informed the necessary authorities about this. Now they have cancelled our booking in spite of informing them we will check in once the lockdown is over. We have screenshots of the chat with the manager and the customer support.
