PNR: YYSIXG. The GoAir flight was cancelled because of Covid. MMT did not support date changes through the app so I selected the "Tickets cancelled due to flight non operational" reason. MMT said a team will get in touch within ** hours. This never happened, instead the went ahead and cancelled the ticket, providing refund of Rs **** and deducting Rs **** as cancellation charges. This is inspite of the fact that GoAir was offering PNR preservation and unlimited reschedule at no extra charge.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
