I ordered from Zomato.(COD) Due to some reason I have to cancel the order within few minutes. But they didn't told me that I gave pay the panelty. Now everytime I try to order something, that amount always reflects in bill.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
