I ordered two half plate momos from apetite momos airoli. I was ordering for my ofc location but accidentally selected my home address which is my default saved address. As soon as i finished completing the order, i realised it and applied for a cancellation.this is before the restaurant started preparing the order and the cancellation charges would not have apllied. The swiggy customer care executive suggested that he can change the order and talked to the delivery guy. The deliver guy agreed, i called the delivery guy and he agreed with me too saying he will deliver to the new address which is *.* km (** mins) from my home address. I was going to get the order at my ofc gate and which point another swiggy executive called me asking me my new location. as i was in the office lift, i was barely able to listen to him and the call was disconnected. I was halfway to my office gate and the delivery boy was also like * mins away andi get a notification that my ordered was cancelled. The delivery guy refused to give me the order as it was cancelled and i get a messaged that ** rs would be deducted from my account. I again tried calling the swiggy guys but the number thru which they called in not connecting. And i talked to * different guys but to no avail. They told me that their system has the entry the delivery guy called me again and again and i didnt pick up when the call wasnt even from the delivery guy. Absolute robbery of money.
