Due to some medical issues try to change booking date from agoda app, this option is showing available. But when I try to do change date options, it's not working, showing not available. That's why already contact to hotel property they told to contact agoda team. Bt no one available to listen customer's issues. They only understand their business, not customer service. That's why I cancelled this booking and as per their cancellation policy **% amount deducted. Please try to solve this issue. Either refund my full amount or arrange a alternative booking option.
