Sailendra prabu filed complaint against Agoda on Jan 5, 2022
I booked a hotel shivam Bnb in Goa for **th Jan **** to **th Jan ****. My Booking ID *********. But the property owner said I need to pay **% of reservation amount in advance to confirm the reservation and I paid it and they also confirmed the payment via messages in agoda. But if I cancel the reservation they said we are not processing any refund for this and also I'm not able to contact agoda support team.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
