Mohammad Meraj filed complaint against OYO Rooms on Aug 9, 2019
I made a booking with Oyo in Natraj Inn Lucknow ( booking id: sdrz****) for three nights (**th -**th July) and cancelled it on *th July as it was promised to get a full refund until **th July. I was told that refund amount of INR **** has been initiated and the same will be credited back into the account used at the time of booking. It has been more than a month now and still, I did not get my refund.
I called Oyo many times but didn't get any satisfactory answer from them when I insist to know the exact time for my refund to be credited into my account my call has been put on hold and after long waiting, it has been disconnected. Only I can understand and tell that there's no one at Oyo who is ready to help.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
