Hi, i have uploaded cash at paytm wallet for payment to vendor and while paying to vendor one advertisement popup in middle of my transaction which was paytm first.paytm first is a some type virtual rubbish product which has some apps to do give some discount and bla bla.i was not aware of this app and bi mistake while pay to vendor i click on paytm first button my *** rs was deducted.when i realised that my pay was unfortunately gone to other person.I raised a complaint immediately with paytm.But pay is not refunded my *** rs saying that the product is non refundable.there no warning shown at time of payment and my money directly deducted.Even my kyc is not done.i was getting an warning that with kyc you cannot do any transaction then also my money deducted.There are many product in market which not refundable and paytm first is just a virtual product. Paytm is looting customer with out there concern.this fraud against customer.i do not want all this rubbished service.i want my *** rs refund.
my number is *********.there are many companies which providing try and buy,if not like the product you cancel the money is refunded but paytm is not popular and worst apps so the are using such mal practice to by looting customer
