I have been ordered realme * on ** jan With an bank offer but after the sale completed the product delivery have been canceled by the seller without any intimation to the costumer. As this product had been canceled after sale them i approached costumercare service they not even replying to ne properly than i have escalated my consern to senior executive officer but their were no reply from the flipkart yet.
As i know that i have ordered the product within offer and now its not available but i wanted flipkart to deliver the product with compensation and during this period the costumercare have very rude behavior with the costumer.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
