I have placed a order for Sofa (Order No :**********) on **nd March ****. I realized that I have provided shipping address of Hyderabad which is wrong as recently I have moved to Bangalore. I tried to reach out your customer care # ****-****** but without any success. I sent email to their customer care to cancel the order within ** hours of placing the order but they send an email saying they can not cancel the order. Please cancel my order as I am not staying in Hyderabad.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
