I was getting a discount on ajio wallet, so I purchased **** ajio wallet for shopping. But currently I can't use that money for shopping neither I can use their app because ajio have banned my account for some unknown reason. I have contacted then multiple times but no resolution or valid reason. They are telling wallet money is non transferable to bank. But that's my hard earned money & if I can't use that shopping for shopping due to ban or something, I should get my money back to my bank.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
