Ola - Can not start ola two wheeler

I bought my ola two wheeler on June **** for Rs.******/- model S* X. After two months, it was wet in the little rain and can't start the vehicle. I was on road and using a rope and other vehicle's help I took it to house. Then I called the service, they took it from my place by their load vehicle and made service. I went ** km away from my place and I went to take my two wheeler there. Today **.**.** the same issue occured on road. I called their emergency service they said , they will send a link and I have to pay Rs.**** immediately. Then they will take action. Within * months, I faced terrible issues. It is not my fault. Why I have to spend money and my time. I want refund. I never want Ola.
