On **th Feb, I placed an order on the India Cakes website and made the full payment online for the product. However, the order was never delivered to me. After waiting for the expected delivery and contacting their customer support multiple times, I was informed that they would not be processing the order and they also refused to issue a refund for the payment made.
Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue through their customer support, the company has denied my refund and has provided the coupon code which is not usable. This appears to be a case of online fraud where payment has been taken without delivering the promised service.
