My order no is **********. I ordered cake to be delivered on **th Feb,** between * pm to ** midnight and even paid extra for the midnight delivery.
When my order was not delivered till ** midnight, I mailed them at midnight only to cancel my order since nobody was picking on customer cake number.
On **th midnight they replied to solve my problem after looking into my matter but after that nobody replied to my email .
They are total frauds and not refunding my money even after writing them so many times.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
