India Cakes - Package not delivered and refund not initiated

I ordered a cake and entered my pincode willing to pay extra for the distance for a same day delivery, however, the distance was not calculated in the initial bill. A separate bill for the extra payment was requested from the website which I paid hoping for at least a next day delivery. But there was no update on my order status and I got to know that my order was cancelled by the website which was not even intimated to me. I asked for a refund and they said it'll reflect to my account in * to * business days, after the said time and I contacted them again cause there was no update on the situation. And two rude lady's told me that the refund can be claimed through a coupon code for which I have to access this God Forbidden website again and was also trying to make me understand my CONSUMER RIGHTS. When I politely asked them that I require a monetary refund, they cut the call on me. WHY WOULD YOU CLAIM TO HAVE SAME DAY DELIVERY TO ALL CORNERS OF INDIA IF YOU CAN'T FULFILL IT?!!! AND I DON'T WANT A COUPON CODE AND BE STUCK IN THAT WEBSITE.
