India Cakes - Refund request
Nimbran filed complaint against India Cakes on Apr 22, 2026
Before placing the order, I contacted to customer care multiple times to confirm whether delivery to the village (Village + P/O Manjhos, Thana – Makhdumpur, District Jehanabad) was possible, as it is a remote location. Each time, I was clearly assured that delivery was available and that I could proceed with the payment. Based on these repeated confirmations, I placed the order. However, after some time, it was cancelled by the team, citing that the location is too far and the cake may melt. It's not my fault, so I ask for refund and they lied to me that refund already done. And after that they ignoring my call and then I call on another no's then they mail me a voucher instead of refund.. but I don't need any voucher,I need refund.
