The cake was delivered damaged. I sent the pic to swiggy. They are saying they will only take feedback. They even say they have made a mistake before and will make mistakes in future because they have compensated previously they cannot compensate this time. This is the mistake of the delivery guy. He reached the destination within * min causing damage to the cake. The entire day was bad. This time I want to go to consumer forum and I want the support of all the users who are having the issue. We will file a case against swiggy. The picture is attached for reference, plus I have a mail from swiggy escalation saying they would take the issue seriously.
