Hi Team,
I had a ola ride from my home to Unnathi Vaibhavi Apartments Horamavu which is around *.* Km on ** th June. The ride charges must be around ***-*** Rupees. These people have charged me *** Rupees. Customer care told me Demand or Surcharges for this ride is *** Rupees which is totally unacceptable and against RTO rules Karnataka. Could you please help me and try to get refund.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
