I booked cab from sealdaah railway station to belgharia on **mar ****.the cab that they provided me lacked al the basic aminities like their boot space where we keep our lugguage was all opened from the base side ...so it was difficult to keep the luggage because the opened area had nut and bolts,grease amd mobile all kept on that opened space.
*.They clearly denied that they are not going to switch on the Ac and when i told them why they said "this is all what we do" after that i told okey just open my window mirror they said do it by yourself and when i tried to down my window mirron it lacked the manual.handle...
*.seat and the area was pretty dirty and seemed to be never cleaned earlier.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
