Byjus online coaching is not refunding my money . On **th may I have called byjus for my sisters admission and on **th may I have paid full money in installments in one day only **** once and then ***** for the course. And I told them to start the studies they told me studies will start when you will receive the tab from byjus. It is informed on **th may only that in app all chapters of **th commerce are not there so please acknowledge that but noone respond they said in tab every chapter will be there but when I have receive tab on **th may still chapters are missing all the chapters which I described previously in the mail and from then I am calling them they are not responding when they respond after *-* weeks then they are saying they have escalated the issue to higher department and they will contact me for my refund after **-** hours but I have not received any call from their side from * weeks . And when I am calling they say teacher will call you but noone calls. I am fed up . And I have recording in which initially they promise me toi refund the money in one month if we are not satisfied

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
