Someone from Byjus sold me a course for my * year old child and when she didn't like it I placed the cancellation request within ** Days. As per Byjus policy, which they have mentioned on their website that they will take the product back and refund the money if cancelled within ** days, I did so. But they didn't take it back. I am chasing them for the last * months and I have been no response from their end. Please help me out as I don't have enough money to pay and Bank is continuously threatening me. They are even coming down to my house on regular basis and creating scene there. Kindly help me out in returning the Byjus course.
