I have enrolled with Byjus in the month of August but I declined to continue with the course without accepting the product.
They Byjus support team is harassing me.
They are not cancelling my loan & Debiting emi from the account.
I dont have Byjus product with me.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
