I have booked movie ticket in paytm and by default they are deducting ** rupees per ticket mentioning movie cancellation protect charges. This is the biggest scam that paytm can ever do. Without my permission how could you by default opt in for that movie cancellation protect.I need refund for that amount. You can suggest me to opt in but with my permission how can u opt and then u say that u have opt out or else money will be deducted.
