Apsrtc - Bus type changed and cancelled

Hello apsrtc ,
I have booked a bus ticket from rajamundry to Vijayawada via abhi bus
TKT NO: **********,
Seat No: **,
Route: RJY-VJA,
Service No: ****,
Vehicle No: AP**Z****,
The bus was * hours late where I was waiting in the bus stop since * p.m and the bus arrived at *.**
I booked an AC bus ( Indra bus ) but the bus driver asked me to get into a super luxury bus
In the end my ticket was cancelled and I request for a refund for the following issue
I once again humbly request you to please refund the amount
