Abhibus - Bus timings mismatch

I've booked a bus ticket from Tirupur to Bangalore with boarding point as Avinashi new bus stand. Actually, during the time of booking of ticket, the Abhi bus App showed the time as **:** pm at Avinashi so that got registered in my mind and I did not see any update, but the bus came by **:** pm at Avinashi and departed without having me on board. I reached Avinashi at **:** pm but the guy on the bus shouted in filthy language and left Avinashi without having me boarded. I pleaded him to wait for * mins but he refused. I've then reached B'lore with much of struggle. I've never experienced this horrible situation in my life. I've tried to reach Abhi bus support but no support from there also.
