Dear sir
I feel mentally torched from paytm service because I bought two tickets from abroad to Ahmedabad at * Feb but when I reached to pick up point there was no bus. After that, I purchased alternate tickets and go for travel. After that, I go for cancellations this tickets but not cancelled from the app so I called to customer care. There I registered my complaint on * Feb and they said to me to wait for * working days so I keep waiting till ** days but no resolution from paytm. I call so many time in paytm but always say wait for * or * days but no response from them. So please consider my request and take action against paytm for my case. I attached mail from paytm and complaint number from paytm.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
