I had booked a bus ticket on Booking Id - **********. But the bus did not arrive and halt at pick up point. I had waited for more than * hour at the bus stop. The phone numbers provided by Paytm was also wrong. Then I contacted travel agents by searching on google. The travel agent assured me a refund but paytm is not giving back my money. Attach voice conversation of travel agent office person.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
