DEAR SIR WE HAVE BOOKED BUS TICKIT ON PAYTM.COM WITH FOLLOWING DETAILS PNR -***** BOOKING ID- ********** TICKET NO-**Z***F JOURNY FROM MUMBAI TO VADODARA BOOKING DATE - **.**.**** JOURNEY DATE - **.**.**** TIME - **:** TIKIT AMOUNT -**** RS BUS OPERATOR -AVADH TRAVELS WITH REFER TO ABOVE WHEN WE CONTACT TO BUS OPERATOR FOR TIKIT CONFIRMATION HE HAS TOLD US THAT THERE IS NOT ANY BUS FACILITY IN THIS ROUTE . AND IT WAS CLOSED SINCE LAST * YEARS , WE HAVE CONTACT WITH PAYTM FOR REFUND ABOUT SAME AMOUNT, THEY HAVE DECLINED TO GIVE REFUND THIS IS MAJOR FRAUD BY PAYTM. PLEASE GIVE APPROPRIATE RESOLUTION
