PayTM - Bus ticker refund not processed for cancelled Bus

I have booked bus ticket for me and my wife via PayTm for a journey from Motihari to Delhi, Journey Date was ** Nov ****, bus departure time *.** PM.
Bus details and Bus departure location was not shared by the bus operator.I called Paytm care around * am on ** Nov **** and they said bus operator will share the details *-* hours before bus departure and also shared bus operator number.This number was not reachable so I waited for message from operator.At around * Pm I again called paytm care and they provided different number of bus operator.On contacting bus operator they said bus is cancelled and said full refund will be given.
I got to know about cancellation on last minute and had very difficult time to arrange for different mode to reach Delhi.
On ** Nov I raised refund request with paytm and they said they will revert back in ** hours.After multiple follow ups they are saying same thing again and again that "they have not received response from operator till now, we would not be able to process your request for bus cancellation refund."
