Thakur Virat Singh filed complaint against Paytm on Oct 15, 2019
This is Thakur Virat Singh with registered mobile number **********. I have Booked a Travel Ticket from Vapi to Vadodara on Fri, ** Oct **** with PNR Number:- *********-******, Ticket ID:- **XMUBG, , Order ID:- ********** for my Relative Mr. Sudhakar Singh. MY relative reached the Provided Location at **:** am in the morning. After that he tried calling on Bus Operator Number provided in the ticket **********. The Bus Operator didn't respond to the call. After That I got a call that Bus operator is not responding to the calls. I have tried calling from my end many times but no response.
After that I have called Paytm Travel Customer Care stating the Issue at **:** am half an hour after the boarding time stating that Bus Operator is not responding to the calls. They said as per the Norms you have to wait one hour there itself . Again I have called them at **:** am for the same. They Registered my Complaint & stated that refund will be Processed. After few days I got a response stating that refund will not be processed by the operator. Refund denied by the Bus Operator as the Issues was from Bus Operator Side.
From two Hour Bus Operator Did not respondto the calls when the same issue was registered with Paytm Customer Care on timely basis within * hour. Paytm Made a flase commitmment stating Refund will be processed as the issue is from Bus Operator End.
This is a clear case of Fraud & Cheating with the Customer.
