NEUGO ELECTRIC AC BUS - Bus has been cancelled without inform to customer

My father booked a neugo bus on travel date **-aug-**** from vijayawada to hyderbad and bus arrival time is **:** and he waited more than one at midnight. He checked woth other neugo driver on his bus and they said its coming and my father called at **:** and said the incident to me thta bus not reached yet. I called neugo customer care. They said bus has been cancelled and there is no other option and book other travels. Is the right way to treat the customers and we need justice on this.
