NEUGO ELECTRIC AC BUS - Rude bus driver and refused to pick up

The bus was supposed to pick up at *:** from madiwala and first call received was at *:**pm. We reached madiwala at *:** and still * mins they can wait. But they refused to wait us and took the bus before *:**. Then they called bad words in kannada and as we dont know kannada we tried to speak in hindi and English and they cut the call. Again they called and we gave the phone to the kannada speaking guy and now they said like they dunno kannada and only know hindi. And they made us walk nearly *km near to kormanagala. And when we reached near the bus they took the bus away and made us run behind them! What the actual hell??? Then called and scolded for the service and he said like to come to majestic within * hour. We booked a uber worth of ***+ rupees and made us reach there. When we reached there he refused to pick up! Next they dont have customer service number and its not valid. The bus number was TN**BA**** and the driver name is MANJUNATHA GB
