Sivanandham filed complaint against NEUGO ELECTRIC AC BUS on Oct 16, 2025
I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding my recent missed trip due to the early departure of your bus from the scheduled boarding point at Silk Board on **/**/****, with the scheduled departure time being **:** AM.
As per the ticket and schedule, I was to board the bus at Silk Board at **:** AM. However, upon reaching the boarding point on time, contacted the bus conductor, I was told that the bus had to move ahead *** mts due to "police issues".
While I understand that operational issues can occur, I would like to highlight a major discrepancy:
Had the bus waited for the full * minutes until **:** PM, I would have boarded without issue.
As per the attached screenshot, the bus had already reached Electronic City by **:** PM.
Given the distance between Silk Board and Electronic City is approximately ** km, it is not realistically feasible for a bus to cover this distance in just * minutes, even in ideal traffic conditions.
This indicates that the bus left the boarding point significantly earlier than the scheduled time, resulting in a missed boarding through no fault of mine.
I request you to kindly investigate this matter and issue a full refund for the missed journey, as this situation was entirely avoidable and caused inconvenience due to premature departure.
I hope for a fair and timely resolution. Please let me know if any further details or documentation are required.
