I have reserved a seat in APSRTC **** date from Rjy to Hyd. The bus is delayed by * hours and there is not even a single info on the delay or not even an alternative is produced for the passengers. What should the passengers do who want to go on an emergency or to go for the office the next day morning. Even the Customer care is very reckless on the issue. They are not even willing to help. This is ridiculous.
